grades from MS count?

Recently I've been seriously thinking about applying for MD or MD/PhD program. Currently I'm finishing up a masters degree. I was wondering if anyone knows about how they evaluate grades for that? For example, I pretty much have a 4.0 gpa from undergrad but for my MS is a bit lower 3.8 (courses are harder, i didn't care as much etc) Would that significantly hurt my chances? Thanks
