I'm pretty sure this question has been answered, but I was wondering if dental schools take into account that some schools don't give +/- because currently my school does not do that and when I calculate my gpa according to +/- it goes down

If your school transcript doesn't include +/-, then it won't affect your AADSAS GPA (e.g. if a 91% is an A at your school, AADSAS will consider it an A, not an A-).

In that case it would work in my favor but I don't think the same thing applies to B's because if I got an 89% it's considered a B rather than a B+ which is what I'm concerned about

It usually ends up balancing itself out over numerous classes.

Unless you get straight 89's, which would suck.
