ok, so i'm in grad school and i have a 4.0...how is this gpr calculated into my undergrad grades on the application. i had a 3.2 in undergrad and i really hope that my grad school gpr will make the admissions committees look at my app. does anybody know how this works?

they do. My Grad degrees/program is what helped get me in. Not my undergrad. My MCAT was good.

your graduate gpa will be calculated separately from your undergrad gpa. only post-bacc units (any undergrad level classes NOT counted towards your graduate degree) will be calculated towards your ug gpa. i have similar stats to yours and was offered interviews from all of the DO programs i applied to. if you do well on the MCAT, you shouldn't worry too much about things. hope this helps.

In AACOMAS and TMDSAS, grad GPA is factored in with the undergrad one in one category. You'll get the combined GPA average in one section.

thanks guys...this helps a lot
