So I was rereading my Personal statement after i already submitted it, (dumb i know!)
and I saw this sentence that I wrote and its bugging me now! I wrote

"to improve the quality of their life." when I should have wrote " to improve the quality of their lives."

is this a big deal?? am i freaking out over nothing??

Nothing you can do about it now. All I know is that it won't break your chances, so don't fret too much.

I had a similar mistake and I still got in. Don't worry about it

This is my personal philosophy, but I don't think adcoms go through our files LOOKING for things that are wrong. They want successful and good students, after all, and why would they want to go into a file review with a negative attitude?

We are all human. Things happen. I checked over my application many times, but I'm sure that if I went back and combed through it again, I'd probably find something I'd want to change. Oh well! It is what it is... and it isn't a big deal.

"I should have written", but I'm just being a douche. haha. I don't think it's that big of a deal. Nothing you can do about it now. You will be fine.
