I would just edit it and email it back to her. Tell her everything looked good, with the exception of one or two small grammar errors that you fixed. She shouldn't take any offense to that since she did ask you if everything looked okay.

Lol my dentist had me read it in the office while I was shadowing. Same issue. He didn't care at all that I corrected the grammar stuff!
