Last year there was at least 2 schools that required it. From what I remember Georgia was one of them. Don't remember the other off hand at the moment.
 
Georgia and Oklahoma are the two that require it! I should know. 🙂

Don't worry about it if you don't have to, but also don't let it stop you from applying to either school if you want to - it ends up being a review of the science classes we've all taken anyway. A little genetics, a bit of taxonomy, some basic biology, a touch of micro... oh yeah, there's some botany too. But it's really not a huge deal.
