Great Application Question

Ok, it looks like the AADSAS app wont be ready until 5/15/2005.

No problem.

However, I need some forms to give to my professors for their letters of recommendation to be sent to AADSAS.

These are the LOR matching forms.

SO WHERE DO WE GET THESE NOW?

My problem is, my finals are MAy 15 and school is finito for me. So where do I get these darn forms?

i believe you get the LOR matching forms when you dwnld the adea app off their website, and then you just print them off... but you cant dwnld the app untill May when the next cycle opens. its basically a coversheet for your LORs, if you need them now, your best bet is just call the help line at adea and they prob can just email you the coversheet. hope that helped...

I think you asked this question on another thread a few days ago...I replied with a link that will allow you to download the Matching Forms from the last cyce...but the problem is I don't think you can use those, b/c they are not for this cycle...as they say 2005 instead of 2006.

If you are asking specifically how you can download forms for this cycle....you can't.....not until the the application becomes available for this cyce.

If you need to get the matching forms to your professors after finals, just let them know now that you will be contacting them after May 15th to get the Matching forms to them for your LORs. It shouldn't be a problem for them... 🙂

I called AADSAS the other day to ask them this same question. The rep said to not worry about it because the matching form is not necessary and that they might not even be using them for the 2006 cycle. I applied last cycle as well without using the forms, and my letters got to where they needed to be just fine.

I didn't uses any matching forms when I applied last year. I got my LOR in sealed envelopes (signed across the flap) and mailed them all together to AADSAS in a big manilla envelope with my school transcripts. I picked my transcripts up from my school registrar, because they said they might take as long as a week or two to mail them to aadsas. I never had any problems with my application.
