Only two bogus patients all day! Plus, I saw Serotonin Syndrome in a paxil OD and and a guy who had an opthalmologist's retroorbital block go bad. 4 mg 0.75% bupivacaine straight into the brainstem has some interesting effects..... I love my job!

Okay, I gotta ask. Just how does a bupivacaine injection into the brainstem present? 🙂 Or maybe we shouldn't talk about it if a lawsuit is going to be following?

How long was the frickin needle? Last time I looked the brainstem is on the far side of the optic chiasm from the orbits :scared:
