green card holder

[Khloe L.]

Hey guys,
Would a green card holder have the same chance as a US citizen? I know that private institutions don't give preferences based on residency status but I want to know about public schools. Thanks in advance!

I applied as green card holder and there wasn’t any issue or apparent bias

I can second this! no bias, and I'm going to a public school in Texas
