No, he's currently -in- pathology residency, if that's his occupation.

But reading further down it says "House completed his internship and obtained residencies in pathology, nephrology and infectious diseases, eventually completing a double speciality." However it doesn't say what "double specialty" that is. Let's just say it was AP/CP. Perhaps got kicked out of the other ones, or bored and simply left.
