Hey, was looking at some job postings on sites. All the salaries seem to be in gross income... what does this mean? Is it before overhead and taxes, or only taxes?

Gross means before overhead and taxes are taken out.

The devil's in the details. General practice jobs in underserviced areas sometimes offer a "gross income" in a clinic where overhead is paid. In that instance, the only overhead comes from professional expenses like licensing and conferences.
