I know the later GS exams are notoriously bad, but am running out of FL's and decided to take GS-9.

For the PS explanations.... WTF? I usually am able to figure out at least two ways of looking at a problem, but some of their explanations make no sense whatsoever. There's a lot of focus on trig ratios and complex math.

Do I worry that some of the explanations seem a little beyond me? I was so worried about optics that I pulled out the EK 1001 physics book again, but concluded that I actually do have a pretty solid grasp on the concepts.

The student below scored a 38Q on the real MCAT and just posted all his practice scores last week. Pay special attention to his GS-9 PS score, it might make you feel better: www.mcat-prep.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=8292&highlight=#8292

Every question has an explanation and a separate forum thread. If you are not satisfied with an explanation, feel free to seek clarification by clicking on the "Discuss this question now" link in the Explanation.

Ah thanks so much! My scores mirror that person's extremely well actually!

I think I may have figured things out on my own, I did post a couple of questions about explanations but was having trouble wording exactly what my question was since I can't show the forum admin what I mean. Will most likely bring it to my favorite prof on Monday and see what he has to say.
