Hi!

I have some interviews coming up, and like many I know they will be composed of some case questions (Ex: what would you do if your patient asks you to give him medicine that he does not have a prescription for, would you help euthanize a patient, etc.). I was wondering if there is perhaps a guide on SDN on approaching these questions? Also, is there any sort of list that contains such questions that one can practice with?

PLEASE NOTE- I know these answers will be individualized for each person, and I am not looking for answers to these questions. I am just looking if there are any resources that perhaps provide a walkthrough of the steps that are needed to properly address these questions, and maybe what context of questions I can expect.

Thanks all! 🙂

What I did was I made a ranked list of important principles, such as autonomy, confidentiality, benevolence, malevolence, rights, responsibilities and etc. I also defined relationships among principles.

And of course, you should be sincere with your answers

Nice. This was exactly along the lines of what I was thinking. Thanks for the response!

To the other poster- :meanie:

I thought patients go to you for medicine that they don't have already prescribed?
