Guide to writing LOR

I have seen people mention a 'guide to writing LOR for med school' but I did a google search and couldn't find anything I really liked. Do you guys have a good guide I can submit to my professors? I want to give them a little guide in case they aren't familiar with what is needed in the letter. Also, one of my letters will be from work so I'm sure they'll need it as I believe I'm the first one from my job to apply to med school.
