Guidelines and Topics for D-school admissions

I want to get a jump on wrinting my personal statement and any other essays (i.e. Manual dexterity) that are necessary for d-school apllications. I came upon a thread a couple days ago on the essays that are required but my computer froze, and now I can't find it. I know the PS can be no longer than 4500 characters, but are there any other requirements?
