Anyone here practicing in the Gulf area? Just wondering how your hospitals are preparing for Milton? Sounds as if it is going to be terrible.

Maybe you mean Hurricane Ike? Katrina was more of a NOLA and southern Mississippi/Alabama hurricane.

UTMB basically was totally flooded. They ended up building a new hospital.

I understand, but it was Ike and not Katrina. Katrina was a New Orleans hurricane. Ike was a Galveston hurricane.
