I pre-ordered it on Amazon. Was supposed to ship 10/31. Then I got a message saying December 17th...
Now today they're telling me November 10th.
I guess I'm just going to have to get comfortable waiting.

I think you can buy it directly from Elsevier right now if you want. Also, if you buy the kindle version...you can have it within a few minutes!
