GW Secondary

I'm currently working on the GW secondary now and I'm not sure of what to write for one of the questions. For the question:

"Briefly describe the specific factors that motivated you to apply to The George Washington University School of Medicine. Please include highlights of your experiences that demonstrate your commitment to medicine as well as role models, mentors or family members who influenced your decision to apply to GW."

I'm not sure if I should write about what motivated me to apply to GW specifically or to med school in general. I guess I could include a little of both, but it's a pretty short essay (8 lines). What did other people do and what suggestions do you have?

i too stumbled on this question but decided to answer the why GW cuz I couldn't answer the why medicine in 8 lines and I didn't want half and half.. so I just said this is why GW is great....

I did the same thing as Freakingzooming. I focused on why I liked GW. However, I mentioned my reasons for "why medicine" in my PS, which is why I didn't really talk about it for this question.

Yeah, me too. Answered the why GW part. There's no way you can do everything in 8 lines, and your PS ought to cover some of the other parts.

Everyone's in the same boat, though, so its no big deal.
