H1N1 Immunizations

I was wondering if getting immunizations for H1N1 is mandatory.

I am very sure that I do not want to get immunized after reading what Jane Burgermeister had to say regarding the so called H1N1/avian flu virus. (http://birdflu666.wordpress.com/)

Generally, can a school force you to get immunized for a certain disease or condition. What are these diseases or conditions.

The question regarding immunizations may sound silly, but it is very very important.

I think we had to have hep B and all the mandatory childhood ones taken care of. I remember having to submit my shot records. I doubt they can make H1N1 mandatory, though.
