So I thought water was always ignored in rate equations and equilibrium equations?
This will be too much to type out, so if those of you with TBR could just look at page 237 in the second book and explain it to me that would be great. If nobody wants to do that, I will type out all the reaction when I have a little more time later tonight.

PS. I immediately picked B because I saw that all the other answers had [H2O] in the rate law and I thought we always ignored liquids.
