Hmmmm. Are you already a dentist? If so, you'll have much better luck in the International forum where Henna and others are more than willing to assist you. I'm not knowledgable at all with the international admissions stuff, so I can't help you with that.

If you want to earn an American degree, and are NOT a current dentist in another country, then post here again to clarify your situation and we will help you.
