Considering doing pain, and wondering how feasible it is to still do some general OR? Do people do it, or just pain full time? Is it worth it? I’d like to practice in New England after residency, anyone know the ease of getting a job in pain in the area?

you can easily do it for about 10-20 years post residency training. after that it becomes difficult to be excellent in both.
