Hand Surgery Salary

What is a fair base salary and bonus structure for a hand surgeon in a mid-sized, west coast, community private practice (as the only hand surgeon in the group). Does anyone have recent MGMA data?

For private group would probably be low to start but high upside if you have buy in into ancillaries and ASC. But hospital employment should start somewhere around 600k or up.
