Hey Emergency guys.

Can you please suggest me a good EM manual for any case. I am gonna do some "international work", wonna know which book, soft will be good for any case.
Not sure will have access to Internet Up-to-date.
any input?

For a pocket version, I like the Emergency Medicine Manual by Ma and Cline. If you're truly out on your own with no other resources, I'd also be sure to have a procedure guide (I have Roberts and Hedges), a full reference (Tintinalli or Rosens) and an atlas.

This is assuming you're setting up shop somewhere with no other access to information. Otherwise, I'd just go with the pocket manual and a Tarascon's.

Take care,
Jeff

"Emergent Field Medicine" by someone who I can't remember. It's a manual for international work.
