On that note, authentic Key Lime Pie with real Florida Key Limes. I had in Key West for the very first time back in 2010 after much urging from the restaraunt owner who pled with me that I've never had anything like it before: HOLY CRAP THAT'S BEST PIE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!

The Homemade Ice Cream and Pie shop in Louisville, KY has this apple pie with like a 1/2 inch of caramel on top of it. Best thing I've ever put in my mouth.

If you get the O'Charley's Caramel pie--also good ish.

I guess I'm trying to say I like caramel.
