fixing a aneurysm or removing like a tumor from the spine?..

sorry for the wierd spelling and grammar..wouldnt know much of the actualy diagnosis names...im only in high school 😀

haha okay i totally forgot..somebodytold me that the hardest operation is every operation...yeah but i mean tedious whichdo you consider more complex...
 
From what I've read, intracranial hemmorhages that occur in the middle or the lower parts of the brain, near the Cerebellum.
