What are the top 5 hardest residencies to get in to?

From what I have heard these would be ENT, Dermatology, Orthopaedic surgery, Urology, and I'm not sure what else. I've heard EM is getting tougher and tougher, and obviously neurosurgery is up there (I'm not sure about general surgery though.) This is purely rumor-mill speculation

Opto? Did not know we could do a residency in optometry.

Ophthalmology is over subscribed and competitive, but not in the top five. EM isn't top five either.

Derm, ortho, urology, otolaryngology and plastics.
