Does Harvard, on average, offer their students a great deal of scholarship/grant money/any money?

I emailed the financial aid lady at Harvard to try and set up an appointment to talk about financial aid. They are the only school at which I interviewed that did not include information about financial aid in the interview or in the materials given out at the interview. Even with the acceptance letter, they said financial aid information would be included in a separate letter (after I make a decision, I guess).

Anyway, I emailed the lady in charge of financial aid (she's it; there is no financial aid staff) and she responded with a salutation that read, "Hey Puppy..."

I mean, who says that?

So I can't answer your question. But I can say that Ms. Doherty at Harvard seems to be a tad eccentric...
