I am filling out the supplemental application for Harvard since my interview day is soon approaching, and I am looking for threads that discuss the supplemental but it seems they disappeared.

If anyone could help me find them, that would be great. If not, could those who completed the HSDM supplemental please indicate whether you typed your responses on the same form from the attachment, how many pages you used, whether you listed any of the responses or wrote everything in paragraph form, etc - even how far in advance you sent it in before your interview.

Did you mail it or send it by email?

If I were you, I would call to find out what would be the best method in delivering the application.
