Harvard Waitlist Question!?!?!

I am currently on the Harvard Waitlist. I've been accepted to Buffalo and a couple others, but would like to attend HSDM.

Does anyone know any inside information on how many people typically turn down their offer before the begining of the school year?

For that matter... anyone out there on the fence between Harvard and another school?
