Well guys, I am extremely frustrated since the AADSAS fee assistance program basically wasted my time and money ($20 USPS Express mail sending fee) (and I don't have much, which is why I applied).
On September 24, 2010, I applied for the AADSAS Fee Assistance Program. I sent in the supplemental information via USPS Express Mail the very same day. I received delivery confirmation that it arrived on September 27, 2010. On October 11, 2010, wondering what was taking so long, I emailed them inquiring on the status of my application. On October 14th, I finally received a reply stating that I had been denied because they never received my information!!!
Well, I replied and sent them the delivery confirmation number which stated on USPS' website that it had been signed and accepted by somebody in their office - proof that they received it!
At that point, they just started ignoring my emails...
Wow.
I have sent at least 2-3 emails, been extremely patient, called and asked to speak with a supervisor to relay the message. Nothing. These guys are just ignoring me now. And I did not do one thing wrong. They're ignoring me because THEY made a mistake.
Well, does anybody have any ideas on how I can resolve this situation? I am very frustrated here.
