Has anyone ever gotten an interview anywhere without an MCAT score?

Do more interview invites come in after October 14th?

No, there are never any interview offers made after October 14th. I'm sorry.

I don't think there are many who get interviews without MCAT scores.

Relax, you're doing fine in the process. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I remember when I got my MCAT score. I was studying abroad, way far away in Heidelberg, Germany. Heidelberg is 7 hours ahead of my local time here in Missouri, so I wasn't sure what time I'd be able to get my scores. I thought I might have to wait until evening, and I sure was anxious (it already having been two months).

The classes I took had a 20 minute break at around 10:15 am local time, so 3:15 am here in Missouri. Like most German towns Heidelberg isn't a huge city, people get around mostly on the tram or on foot. So I literally RAN from the "college" (actually an old mansion) down the street to the Internet cafe I frequented. I logged in, still panting, and went to the AAMC website. I punched in my ID number, expecting to see the "You have no scores" spiel. Instead, remarkable quickly, I was was staring at "11 10 11 32". It took me a second to realize that was my score. I didn't think they would be posted until that evening!

I literally called out with joy, in the middle of the German netcafe. Germans are normally really introverted in those situations, so I sort of got a few weird looks. I didn't care. I printed out the score and ran back to school, euphoric that all my worrying was unwarrented. Class went much better that day.

So relax. Although the wait seems like it's gonna kill you, I'm sure it will turn out alright in the end. Just don't freak out the Germans 😀
