Lol. They rank you by your NRMP ID# which is unique.

Yeah, and I doubt programs are going to rank folks they never interviewed. Hard to match when they never heard of you.

NRMP charges $30 per program after the first 20 that you rank, so the cost of ranking every single program would be insane
