Apparently a few of my grades in AACOMAS are wrong. I called AACOMAS and they "confirmed" that what they have is correct according to the transcript they received. I called my university's registrar and we went through each class one by one (between the unofficial transcript I had, their official transcript, and AACOMAS' transcript) and they say that AACOMAS has my grades listed wrong. So I called AACOMAS again and they say that the only thing I can do is resend my transcript and they'll correct it. Has anyone experienced this before? I am getting screened out of a few schools because as of now, my science GPA is listed sub 3.0. But when I calculate my real science GPA (according to my official transcript from my university), its above a 3.3.

Did you have any retakes? I think you will find the discrepancy in the classification of classes. For instance, I took a Statics class (as opposed to Dynamics): the person processing my app classified it as Statistics. I didn't bother informing them off the minor error. Although it only made a GPA difference of 0.01 in my benefit, maybe its possible that you were adversely affected in a similar fashion.

Yes, I do have retakes. But thats not where the discrepancy is. AACOMAS is saying I got a C- for a few classes, when in my transcript I actually received a B+. When I called AACOMAS theyre saying that that's what "my transcript" says. But in my unofficial one AND when I called the registrar, my classes are in fact B+'s. Now I have to deal with sending my transcript again. But also the fact that schools are receiving the wrong calculated GPA in my application. I'm going to have to call all my schools individually and see what they can do regarding my app. This is complete chaos and wondering if anyone has dealt with this.
