Has anyone gotten an interview or been accepted to Berkeley for 2007?

I know that Berkeley's interview date is at the end of Jan, but does that mean that EVERYONE's interview will be that date? Do they admit anyone earlier than that date? Also, if it is one interview date for everyone, how does that work? Thanks for any help you can give me.

they sent me an email recently about the materials they've received. i sent in my app in september, so hold on because if it took them that long to even BEGIN looking at our apps, then it will probably be a while until you hear anything about interviews and admission...

I heard they are not doing early acceptance anymore. Because they only have one interview date, it is a WHOLE day process. They have many interviewers and many activities to accomodate everyone who has been selected to interview.

They don't do rolling admissions. It doesn't matter whether you submit in September or in December (which is when I submitted mine, haha)...they look at it when the period closes on December 15. So I got my offer to interview on Dec 22 - it only took them 7 days to look at it!

Interviews are Jan 27 for everyone. I suspect we find out the results about a week or two afterwards...
