My application was completed on 10/26/16 and I received the email on 11/8/16 that my application is currently under review. Has anyone received an interview yet or any more information?

First interviews are usually held early December so you should hear in the next couple of weeks or so. I'm a 2nd year there so if you have any questions about the program, I'm more than happy to answer them.

Thank you very much! I really appreciate. If you don't mind me asking, what were your stats when you applied? Like GPA, GRE, all that fun stuff lol

Overall GPA: 3.99
Pre-Req GPA: 4.0
GRE: 159V, 151Q, 4.0 AW

Average gpa for my cohort was 3.3 and a prerequisite gpa of 3.4. I don't think they looked at the GRE too much when I applied; however, they are using it in their decision making more.

I see I see. And overall now that you're in your second year and starting affils, how is the weekend program? Exam schedules, workload, how you like it, etc.

I prefer the weekend format because you get to really spend time learning the information before adding more. It's just as intense as a regular program if not more so. If you don't live close to classmates or to campus, it can be a challenge to practice lab skills but you get creative. I take advantage of all review sessions that the faculty offer (those are typically on Friday afternoons/evenings before scheduled practicals) and I have a classmate who lives about 40 minutes away from me, and we'll trade off going to each other's house to practice skills.

Each semester will be intense in terms of workload, but as long as you keep up, it's never overwhelming. Honestly, if you can get through the craziness of the 1st semester with gross anatomy and neuroscience, you should be fine. It took time for some of my classmates to get adjusted to the workflow but we're all in a groove now. I also work 30 hours a week - they recommend no more than 20. My life is a crazy balance between work and school, but I work in a rehab dept and it's been helpful. What I learn in clinic backs up what I learn in school and vice versa, so it's not time wasted.

The program isn't for everyone but I truly do love it. The professors are all great and they always make themselves available to you.

Good luck!

You've been a great help! Thank you and best of luck to you in school!!

Update: just received a call from Neumann requesting an interview! It'll be on 11/22

Have you heard back from Neumann yet? I interviewed with them as well but I have not heard anything.

Did you interview with them on 11/22 too? I haven't heard anything yet. But I saw that someone who interviewed on 11/1 just got an acceptance from them this past Tuesday 11/29 if that gives any sort of time estimate lol

I was originally invited for the 11/22 date but I had to reschedule. I interviewed on 11/29. What thread did you see that someone was accepted? Best of luck to you btw!

Okay cool! And it wasn't a thread, it was on Facebook lol and best of luck to you too! We were told we should know before Christmas. Have you heard of anything else?

They told me I should hear relatively quickly. Within two or three weeks from the interview. I suppose I'm just a little impatient. Lol

Hey! I also interviewed on the 22nd. I just called them actually and they said that we should *probably* hear back early next week. Good luck!

Did they mention where they were at in the review process? Or all they said was that we should hear back next week lol

She really didn't mention much other then the fact that they weren't done yet! The waiting game is killing me lol

For those who sent in the deposit, did anyone get a notification that it was received?
