Hello everyone,

First thanks for any help provided. Our school is going to be taking the NBME intro to clinical diagnosis for the first time this year in about three weeks. Everyone is kinda lost as to what books to use since none of our upperclassman have much experience with this shelf.

My question is if you have taken the shelf what review book did you use?

Please post if you got 95% or higher

Thanks

I don't remember my actual score, but it was the highest in my class. The topics are: diagnosis by physical exam findings, ethics and behavioral science. Ethics is pretty much common sense. High-yield behavioral science by Fadem is sufficient for that topic. Most people use Pre-Test Physical Diagnosis for the rest--it's slightly off target, and harder than the actual test, but still helpful.

Most of my classmates only studied for the physical diagnosis part, but I had studied the other topics as well.
