Hi everyone, just wondering for those of you who applied May 15th and 16th and sent in your transcripts Fed Ex, DHL, etc.. like me, has your application been sent out yet?

Im checking every single day and it hasnt been sent out yet.

All me letters have been recieved and GPA, everything is there. When is it going to be sent out?

Im taking my DATs soon, and I'm hoping for a 21+.

The first batch should go out Friday June, 8th. !!!
 
Wow, if thats true, that is fast...
 
AADSAS is just saying that so you can get off their back. They said June 1st and then its June 7th, and now its June 8th? haha, I'll be suprised if they send it before June 30th!
 
Last year and the year before, AADSAS sent out their first batch on July 1st, and then july 8th and so on. So I doubt if they mail out anything in june.

The rep that I spoke to said that the first batch was "supposed" to go out on the 7th. He Didn't tell me if they actually did go out or not!

every rep says different things
i called several times (for othe puroposes) but did bring this question up a few times..
answers i've heard had been june 1st, june 8th, mid june (not in that order, it was simply, everyone has their own date set in mind)
 
Really, who cares? They send it out when they send it out. Everyone has to wait for aadsas, nobody is at an advantage/disdavantage in terms of when schools receiv the appkication cause everyone has to go through aadsas.
I think if you start worrying about this so early, you are going to drive yourself crazy through the rest of the application cycle!

Hey guys, I'm kind of new to the application process...I appreciate all the help I can get! Question (and I apologize if this has already been asked): Do you request your transcript through your undergrad school or do you print it out and send it yourself? Is there a preferable way to send your transcript to AADSAS?

You have to print off the transcript matching form off of AADSAS, mail (or hand deliver) that and the transcript request form to your undergrad. They HAVE to include the matching form with the transcript, or else it goes into the AADSAS abyss. If you send in an unofficial transcript, it will end up in the abyss as well and will not be accepted.

anyone have their application printouts mailed out to all the schools yet?
 
i called this afternoon. they do not have a specific date, even though people were spreading that june 8th was the day....no one's was sent out on june 8th. the woman i spoke to said there is no date and that it will be sent out in june. so that leaves anywhere from 1-20 days before the 1st batch will be sent out. FIRST batch....chill out guys.

Off topic...my transcript doesn't have my degree posted until June..but it was recieved by ADEA in May..is that okay? do they check your degree? or just the grades??
 
im jealous...my GPA isnt even verified =(

I think they just check the grades for now. They'll probably check for the degree later on if they're interested in you, to see if you'll graduate with one and when...
 
I just checked my AADSAS page and everything has been sent out as of 6/12. So it begins!
 
my application was sent out yesterday (6/12), I submitted it on 5/18
 
Yep, my application was sent out yesterday but it just appeared on AADSAS today (6/13) - I submitted on 5/17 and my loe that was received on 6/4 wasn't sent out with this batch.
 
Anyone know how many applictions they send out at once?
 
I think someone said it was around 200, give or take. Just a guess though
 
Mine was sent out June 12th too, and I submitted mine on May 20th.

haha, they only mailed 2/4 of mine. Funny thing is that one that was mailed was received the same day as the other that was not mailed. Go figure!
 
I am still waiting for my GPA to be verified. I submitted my app on June 3rd and all my transcripts were there. It seems like it is taking awhile. Has anybody had their GPA verified recently?
 
^how do some people get it verified in 2 days? at least your earlier than me..........my transcrips got there june 8th and im still waiting for it to be verified...
 
GPA verified on May 31 and mailed June 12. Almost time to cross our fingers...
 
Mailed out June 12th, GPA verified June 4th, submitted May 17th. Also, only 3/4 LOEs were mailed out. My last LOE, which is also my only electronic LOE, hasn't been mailed yet.
 
Mailed out June 12th, submitted May 16th. Verified and complete May 25th. Cummmoooonnnnn interview invites! lets hope these schools are fast. I'm sick of waiting already
 
june 12 for me too. if on your LOE status page, that chart is there with schools and LOE on the axis, but it's completely blank, is that normal and means that they're not sent yet? Or does it normally say something else? I'm guessing it means 0/4 LOE sent? Can anyone confirm that it's just blank like that when they're not sent?

You're probably right in your guess - not sent. Mine lists the dates that each LOE was sent (June 12), except for one column, which is entirely blank.
 
MINE WAS SENT OUT JUNE 12TH.

submitted may 30 and sent out yesterday (june 12th). now i've just gotta get my LOEs in. aadsas is surprisingly fast since i didn't expect the apps to get sent out until early july.
 
Hmm... I'm confused... 😕 I e-submitted May 30th, transcripts verified June 4th, but I don't have my LOE in yet. Is that holding up my application entirely? Mine was not sent out on the 12th like everyone else who got theirs verified by 6/4... but I'm reading also that some people don't have their LOE in?? help??
 
Another batch must have been mailed out today... mine went out 6/18.

yup, my application was sent out the 12th, I think, and today, my LORs have been sent. They're pretty fast! kinda impressed.

how do you check if it has been mailed out or not?

I submitted my application on may 29th - they received my last transcript on 06/04. It says 06/12 under date received for evaluators. Does it mean they sent my Loes on 06/12 or does it mean AADSAS received my letters on 06/12.

I am so confused! i dont know how to check if my transcripts, loes & application have been sent to d-schools or not help!!!

for transcript verification does that mean they received it and posted gpas?? what is it supposed to say under academic status when you check status of transcripts? i dont think mine actually says "verified" anywhere.

I submitted my application on May 31st but all my lors and transcripts were already there. My GPA was verified around June 4th i think, and if you LORS have been sent there is a box underneath the recieved box that says the date that they were sent! If you application has been mailed, then under the designations tab it will say "printout mailed on Such and such date"
