This is a theoretical question. If an rph working at the 3 letter received an interview from another employer, i.e., hospital, how would the rph be able to go through the interview/hiring process and subsequently receive an offer and get hired without the dl or company finding out? This might not have mattered earlier this year, but with the amount of help retail pharmacies will need with the covid vaccines, I am not sure how this would play out (I'm currently full-time). Would the new employer need to verify my employment or contact my dl??
