Last year I began applying to DO schools very late (after Christmas). I received an interview at LECOM-B and VCOM-SC, although I withdrew my applications before the interview dates. I decided to take a year off because my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer shortly after I began applying, and I needed to stay in town and help take care of her. She has since passed away, and I have reapplied to both schools. LECOM-B has started inviting for interviews, but I have not received an invitation yet. Have I ruined my chances at these schools by withdrawing my application?? Please let me know what you think!
