I'll be a second time PCAT taker this October.
Anyone (1st timers and others) who are taking the October PCAT and was like me ... spent TOO much time with classwork and studying for midterms that they haven't studied much for the PCATs...which is in 6 days? :scared:

Opposite problem, too much PCAT studying, too little studying for the midterms I got this week. 🙁

^^ Well you'll probably do well then... I had a midterm science journal paper tuesday, quiz on monday, pchem yes PCHEM exam on wednesday (freaking out) and pcat saturday 🙁 although i'm a lil' excited to get it over and done with.... hopefully forever.

yeah, Microbiology test on Friday...but I've been doing some studying. I think.

But I'm a freak. I don't sleep. I'll sleep the night before the PCAT, but for the next 4 or 5 days or so...I'm going to look like a zombie.

-Neuroscience test this Wednesday,
-PCAT Saturday,
-Wedding Saturday,
-Neurpsycopharmacology test Monday after PCAT,
-Endocrinology mid-term Monday after PCAT,
-Monday Night Football (even though I have all these tests I'll still be watching, I hate being a sports junkie sometimes)
-Quanatative Analysis test on Tuesday after PCAT

I have done no studying whatsoever for the PCAT and I'm really worried. I'm just gonna cram a bunch of practice tests after my neuroscience test on wednesday, along with a ton of prayer! I really hope all these upper division classes pay off when the admission committee see's em on my transcript, if not, then I wasted a lot time, money, and energy. Good to see that other people have hectic schedules as well, it makes me feel somewhat better, hahaha, study hard people and good luck.

WOW you have it worse than me hehee. Really try to squeeze in an hour or two a day from now til saturday... thats what i'm trying to do.

PharmEm - Wow you make me feel bad! In comparison to you, I REALLY should have been studying! But if you retained a lot of your science stuff from your classes, I would think you will do great on the PCATs! When I took it in June, I had just finished genetics and orgo 2 and MAN did that pay off on the June PCATs 🙂

Good luck guys! and thanks for the replies! They made me feel better 🙂

YES!!

I have a midterm this Wednesday (an easy one though.. but a midterm nonetheless)... then I have my PCATS on saturday of course.. I also have a quiz tommorow.

The thing that is killing me is next week, I have my immunology midterm on Tuesday, a physiology 10 page lab report on tuesday and then my Microbiology midterm on Wednesday, I really have to balance out how much I study for PCATS now so I also have time to study for my midterms and paper writing because there is not way I can do all that studying for my classes Saturday night, sunday, monday.

I also work 10-12 hours a week, which isn't much, but mannnn it seems like forever when you are so crunched for time.

Same here---it's hard to balance between the two.
I have a Chem test this Thursday...guess it will be a good review for Sat's PCAT.
