ada has still not sent me my copy of the score report even tho i took my exam on may 18 and 19! 😡 but i have received someone else's report by mistake!!!!!!!!!

so if any girl from poway, CA has taken part 2 on may 4th then please PM me. i have your report by mistake. 😱 on the envelope its my name
- and inside its her score report!! 😱 i have contacted ada and they asked me to send it back to them. they sent it in some regular enveope- not in the usual one where u can see ur name on the score report on the outside.

anyway, i guess my score report is probably with someone else!! if anyone has anyone else's score reports, please post about it here! maybe i can get it from u sooner than from ada!!! and lets see just how inefficient ada is!!! i guess this doesnt happen too often!!! at least i hope not!! 😡

sorry to hear about that toothmail,must be a nightmare for you......keep calling ada,don't let up,the same thing happened to me for toefl,they took almost 2 mnths to send me my results,i even blasted them once or twice over the phone.....just keep calling them.....don't worry your report must be on the way.....

Hey toothmail Thats really irresponsible of the ada...
They should give you some compensation...I would say atleast a 3-4 % increase in marks 🙂

THATS soooooo ridiculous on part of ada!!! what if they had given someone else' score report to schools too!!!!!!Now makes me shudder to think of it!!!Are u sure the score report recieved by the schools is 'your' report and not someone else's!??????

My ADA exp went like this
I'd applied to this school and was waiting for a call for an interview, when I didnt get one, I called them up and they told me my file was rejected because their cut off score was 85%, I told them my scores were way above that may be they were looking at the wrong file. But that was not the case, ADA has sent the the wrong scores 😡

Oh my God!
Now that's scary 😱 ....it would be terrible thing if we knew our application got rejected because of the wrong score report being sent and that too for irresponsibility on part of someone else 😱 😱 😱 !!!!!
Isn't there something that can be done about that? Is the ADA responsible for that error or are we the innocent victims??? is it then a good idea for schools to ask us to request ADA to send our score reports to them directly?
what can anyone do in such a situation?

It is, isn't it ? But they assured me that, that had never happened before and it almost never happens ( just my luck I guess, nothing ever goes smooth for me) they were kind enough to send them the orginal scores by speed post along with an apology to that school but it ultimately didn't make any difference as the school's deadline had past and they didnt consider my application anyways, everything worked out for the best for me in the end. I've learnt my lesson and I would verify with the school about scores they have in their file.

thanks so much to all of u for your support. it was pretty darn frustrating to wait so long!!

wow it makes me feel like i am not alone in this henna! at least ada sent the right reports to the schools for me! i called and made sure.

i am just back from vacation today and my mailbox had my report waiting for me. i have an H on all except operative dentistry. am surprised i got H on case-based since i felt i had done really really badly.

thanks once again guys. and if anyone hears of this person from poway do let me know. at least i can tell her her scores. i will be sending her report back tomorrow to ada.

oh by the way- here is a pointer-

if any of u have any probs with score reports, ask to speak with dr. kramer. he is a miracle worker!! 🙂 any extension will connect u to him if u ask them to. and remember to work on getting ur score report sooner rather than later. that way u wont miss any deadlines. there, i have shared my 2 cents!! 😀

part 2 scores are basically a 2 digit score such as 88 and also (on your copy of the report and not on the official copies sent to schools) you can also see how you did on each subject- that is graded as H or L or A. H= higher than national average, L= lower than, A= average. so this basically tells you how u have done on the individual subjects. most schools that require part 2 ask you to send a copy of your report too so that they can see this break up which otherwise does not appear on their official copy. they would like to see how u have fared in each subject. example of such a school is tufts. i hope u get the idea....

Now that things are back on track you can go ahead and go about with all the applications and stuff with a calmer and relaxed frame of mind.
