More than a few of the St. Vincent's affiliate hospital are officially closing down. St. Vicent's Midtown has closed. St. Mary's in Brooklyn closed two years ago. They have changed some of their hospitals into another healthcare system. The St. Vincent's system is in flux right now. It seems the St. Vincent's Manhattan itself is having some financial difficulties.
