I seem to remember a post awhile back in which someone mentioned that they had 5-6 headache questions on the exam. Does that sound about right for the rest of you that have taken it, or did he/she just get a overepresentation? I haven't come across anything on headaches in FA yet, but i haven't been through all of it either.

unlikely. headaches are a clinical entity and will likely be heavily tested on step 2.

I would just know the differences in the presentation of migration v. cluster v. tension headaches and the drugs used for each. You should probably know about NSAIDs, triptans, b-blockers, ergots, and methysergide.. Those are the important drugs.

i would know which drugs are used for headaches. I would also know which ones are for prophylaxis, for acute episodes etc.
