Hello,
I know this varies from school to school, but I was wondering health checks are needed for medical school. I assume they need they same vaccine records as most undergrad schools? Do they require anything else? Is a physical needed? What happens if you have a particular health problem?

Each school has its own set of requirements, but most are the same. As far as I know, each school requires a physical and a record of required vaccinations, which includes Hep B. Check out each schools technical standards section on their admissions page. This lays out all of the physical and mental qualities needed to enroll.

You need a physical and vaccination. Once you decide to matriculate, schools will provide you with things they need from you.
