I have worked in the front office of an industrial rehab facility on and off for the past 3 years. I was planning on listing this under the "employment" section. However, I noticed that under "healthcare experiences" it says to list clerical work as well. Do you think this should be listed under the "healthcare experience" section? I just have a hard time calling it that when all I did was sign patients in, file their charts, scan and do mail??

I would list it in the employment section. Unless you had some client interactions/observations. If you did do some observations in the clinic just mention you did that.

I work as a home care aide, but i listed it in the employment section and specified the patient interaction with the short blurb. I also talked with Midwestern and Rush, both said that a lot of applicant also put their OT observation/volunteer in the health care experience section to elaborate.
