Hey everyone,

Can someone recommend a good website to learn the heart sounds? I can't seem to get them right on the UWorld questions.

Any advice would be great.

It includes a quiz feature so you can test yourself. There are probably better ones out there but this is the one i used

FYI, half the battle is narrowing down the possibilities by paying attention to where the were auscultating.

Hi, does anybody have any recommendations for recordings of pediatric heart sounds I can listen to online or either on CD?

It really helps to just tap it out on the table. For step 1 they're mostly just interested in you figuring out if it's a systolic or diastolic murmur. The rest you can figure out from the question stem (ex. fixed splitting = ASD) and location of auscultation (left sided v r sided murmur).
