Hi!
Does anyone have any experience to share working for Heartland Dental, especially for an experienced dentist. How is their compensation structured? Any approximate numbers will help! How are the CE courses?

Heartland bought the small DSO I used to work for so they tried to get me to sign up. They don't negotiate on contracts, or really pay any mind to any of your concerns. if you go to work for heartland, read the contract very carefully. They have a lot of good CE and it is in THEIR best interest to build more skills in you. Workman drives a couple of high end cars for a reason...
