It seems that the "new forum" style lends itself to more prominent advertisements. I guess everyone has to sell out eventually.

Actually fewer ads (no in-post ad). Also, ads now shrink depending on browser size so that a banner doesn't chew-up as much space on a small screen. Otherwise, same placement of ads as previous templates over the past 5 years.

We provide the site and resources for free to our membership but unfortunately require ads in order to cover the costs associated with managing servers, etc.
