As I said in the thread title 3.43 cGPA, 3.1 sGPA, and a dismal 26 MCAT (8PS, 9VR, 9BS). I recently got my score back and I have no idea what to do. I'd really like to apply this cycle as a rising senior, but I don't know if it would just be a waste of money. Here are my ECs if they make any difference:

~100 hours volunteering in a large research hospital, two different units with patient contact
~200 hours medical internship/shadowing in a rural clinic in Peru
1 year mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, ~50+ hours
1.5 years in a research lab, no publications but I have presented posters
2 years lab assistant
~50 hours shadowing two physicians, one MD and one DO
leadership position in my sorority for 2 years
member of an nationally recognized honors fraternity
various other clubs/activities not terribly important

Basically I need some guidance. What are some possible osteopathic schools that would give me a shot?

OR, is it just worth taking my senior year to boost grades (esp. science), retake the MCAT and apply after graduation?

Help with both plans would be very much appreciated.

Everything looks good except your sGPA... I think you should have a good shot at LUCOM, ACOM, WVSOM, PCOM-GA, LMU-DCOM, VCOM, SOMA, WCUCOM....

I think you're going to be fine for the Osteopathic cycle. The 3.1 is a weak point, but I think that if you finished with an upward trend people may give you the benefit of the doubt. Aside from the colleges mentioned by @demayette, I'd consider sending applications to Touro-NV, LECOM, PNWU (if you're in the west/northwest region), MUCOM, CUSOM, Western-OR and RVUCOM.

youre fine this cycle

Concur..the sGPA is on the low side, but for most schools, even mine, not lethally so. I can't recommend LUCOM. Suggest adding all three VCOMs, and Pikesville.
